Presidents Clinton and Hilary get a Budget Hair Cut

O.K. - here's the story I was told:
The Budget Cut card came out right after Mr. and Mrs. Clinton chose to hold up Air Force One, therefore holding up an entire airport, while they got their hair cut at a very expensive local salon.
